Is there a maximum period during which customers can modify/withdraw return/exchange requests?

There is no set period. 

However, customers may not modify or withdraw return/exchange requests after delivery men picked up products and scanned pickup waybills. 

If customers contact customer center, however, they can modify/withdraw regardless of the pickup waybill scanning and other related policies.
