After reissuing the API key or modifying the Integrator information or IP address, the API cannot be linked immediately.

When reissuing an API key or changing the IP address from Integrators information or self-development (direct input), it may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the system.
Be sure to try again after 30 minutes of editing the information.
